In a bowl combine all the ingredients for the patties in a large bowl. Use your hand to totally combine the ingredients. Form them into 4. equally sized, patties. Head a skillet to medium high heat with some olive oil. Add the patties, cooking until browned on both sides and cooked through (approximately 5-7 minutes per side). While the patties rest, toast the buns in the skillet. Apply a teaspoon of sauce to the top of each bun. Arrange: bottom bun, patty with Havarti, tomato, red onion, iceberg.
